Appeals
Centres/ Training Providers have the right to appeal against certain decisions made by CCNQ. In these cases applications should be made by completing form APP1. However, the learner also has the right to appeal direct to CCNQ if they are not satisfied with the decision received from the centre/training provider with regards to an appeal against an internal assessment result. CCNQ will only consider applications from the learner once the centres appeal procedure has been exhausted. For further details please refer to the CCNQ Appeals Procedure. Form APP1 is also available to complete on-line via this website.
Becoming a Centre
Organisations not already approved to offer CCNQ qualiifcations/units must apply for centre and qualifcation/unit approval at the same time by completing the application form CAF1. For further details please refer to the CCNQ Centre and Qualification Approval and Monitoring Procedure and the guidance notes on how to complete the application form. Form CAF1 is also available to complete on-line via this website.
Complaints and Feedback
CCNQ welcomes all feedback on its qualifications. It also takes complaints seriously.
Issues raised by complaints allow CCNQ to rectify faults or shortcomings in our provision. On-line Feedback and Complaints forms are available on our website. For further details please refer to the CCNQ Complaints Procedure
Gaining Qualification/Unit Approval (approved centres only)
For organisations not already approved to offer CCNQ qualifications please see Becoming a Centre above.
Any approved centre wishing to extend their range of CCNQ qualifications and units must apply for qualification/unit approval by completing the application form QAF1. For further details please refer to the CCNQ Centre and Qualification Approval and Monitoring Procedure and the guidance notes on how to complete the application form. Form QAF1 is also available to complete on-line via this website.
Learner's Personal Details
It is the responsibility of the learner to keep their centre/training provider informed of any changes to their personal details. Failure to do so may result in the issue of an incorrect certificate. Centres/Training Providers shoud inform CCNQ of any changes by submitting the Learner Details Amendment form CHA1.
