Summary: 

The Professional Bankers qualifications (Award, Certificate and Diploma) are an introduction for individuals working in retail, business and private banking environments. These qualifications have been designed at the request of, and in consultation with, the banking and financial services sector. 
 
They require no prior learning or qualifications and are available to any individual wishing to demonstrate their commitment to professionalism. They introduce areas of critical importance to the effective performance of a professional banker, including key ethical, regulatory, economic, legal and credit issues.
 
The Certificate qualification consists of 1 compulsory unit, Professional Banker,  plus 1 other optional unit, creating a 20 credit value certificate. 
 
This qualification was developed in partnership with the Chartered Banker Institute
